Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Loan Review: Assist the loan origination team in reviewing and analyzing potential lending opportunities, including evaluating borrower qualifications, property details, and financial statements.

Due Diligence: Work closely with borrowers to obtain and organize all required diligence materials, such as property appraisals, title reports, and financial documents, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.

Client Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for borrowers during the initial stages of the loan process, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed loan files, ensuring all documentation is properly organized and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the loan origination team and other departments to ensure timely processing and approval of loan applications.

Learning and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to build your knowledge of the hard money lending industry and prepare for a future sales role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Prior experience in real estate, lending, or financial services is a plus but not required.

– Must be willing to obtain a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson License within the first six months of employment.

– Must be willing to work 100% in office. Our office is in Rancho Bernardo, CA.

Compensation

This position pays between $50,000 to $55,000 per year plus benefits.
