San Diego, CA – TaliMar Financial, a San Diego Hard Money Lender, is excited to announce the most recent funding of a $493,500 Fix and Flip Loan, secured on a Single-Family Rental in San Diego, CA. The loan was originated by Brock VandenBerg.
The Borrower contacted TaliMar Financial because they were looking to close quickly on a single-family home that they identified as a great real estate investment opportunity. They had attempted to use conventional financing for the purchase, but because their closing window was so short, the Borrower decided hard money was the best option.
The biggest hurdle in this transaction was that the Borrower first had to remove a tenant from the property. Once the tenant was removed, they would close on the property within 24 hours and start the renovations. We worked with the Borrower to quickly approve the loan, and when they were ready, fund the transaction.
