The Borrower contacted TaliMar Financial because they were seeking short term Fix and Flip Bridge Loan read about What is a Hard Money Loan to purchase and renovate the investment property. Due to the uncertainty in the capital markets, they had a difficult time obtaining traditional financing from a bank and needed to borrow funds from a direct private money lender.
