La Mesa, CA – TaliMar Financial, a La Mesa Hard Money Lender, is excited to announce the most recent funding of a $612,500 Hard Money Fix and Flip Loan, secured on a single-family home in La Mesa, CA. The loan was originated by Brock VandenBerg.
The Borrower contacted TaliMar Financial because they were seeking short term Fix and Flip Bridge Loan read about What is a Hard Money Loan to purchase and renovate the investment property. Due to the uncertainty in the capital markets, they had a difficult time obtaining traditional financing from a bank and needed to borrow funds from a direct private money lender.
The biggest hurdle on this transaction was that this was the first loan we had funded for the Borrower. We were able to overcome this hurdle by first pre-approving the Borrower through our Preferred Borrower Account program.
