Alpine, CA – TaliMar Financial, an Alpine Hard Money Lender, is excited to announce the most recent funding of a $617,000 Hard Money Fix and Flip Loan, secured on a single-family home in Alpine, CA. The loan was originated by Brock VandenBerg.
The Borrower contacted TaliMar Financial because they were seeking a short to private money fix and flip loan that included a renovation reserve to acquire a distressed single-family home. The first step in funding this transaction for the client was to issue a Letter of Credit. Once their offer was accepted, we quickly underwrote, approved, and funded the loan.
The biggest hurdle on this transaction was that the client had never purchased an investment property with the exit strategy as being the sale. After a brief interview with the Borrower in which they explained they had been involved with over 10 flips with other investors and would be using their network with investors for guidance, we approved the loan request.
