The Borrower contacted TaliMar Financial because they were seeking a quick close, short-term private money bridge loan to close on a single-family home. They intend to update the property and hold it as a long-term vacation rental. Our loan will be refinanced with a conventional bank loan after the Borrower is able to stabilize the property with consistent income.
The biggest hurdle on this transaction was that the property was located in a secondary market. After our team spoke with the Borrower and gained a better understanding of their experience buying and managing properties as vacation rentals, we quickly approved and funded the loan.
