Recent Funding: $512,500 Hard Money Bridge Loan

The Borrower reached out to us to refinance their existing hard money loan that was maturing. They were seeking a longer-term bridge loan so they could obtain building plan approval for a future development project.

The biggest hurdle on this transaction was the short time frame to close and the inability to obtain a payoff demand from the existing hard money lender in a timely manner. Due to our relationship with the existing hard money lenders’ loan servicer, we were able to assist the borrower in obtaining the payoff demand after they had made numerous requests.
