Loan Closer Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in our Loan Closer / Funder position. The Loan Closer / Funder plays a vital role within the organization. The primary responsibilities of the Loan Closer include communicating with escrow / title throughout the loan closing process, drafting and submitting loan documents, submitting the lender closing statement, coordinating the loan document signing, and reviewing the loan file for accuracy and compliance. This role requires the candidate to be very comfortable in a highly fluid environment with multiple simultaneous closings that occur very fast.
