TaliMar Financial earns fees paid by the borrower upon funding the loan. In addition, TaliMar earns a fee for servicing the loan on behalf of the trust deed lender, which is deducted from the interest paid by the borrower. HOW LONG IS THE TERM OF MY INVESTMENT?

Investments range from 6 months to 60 months, depending upon the term of the loan.
