In this scenario, our client had identified a single-family home that was in need of significant repair. The owner had owned the property for over 30 years and didn’t have the funds to make the necessary repairs. Our client worked with the owner to come up with a fair price to purchase the property and solve their headache.
The biggest hurdle on this transaction was the property was in a market that our team had not previously funded a loan. However, using our resources, we were able to underwrite and approve the loan request within 36 hours.
