The Borrower was referred to TaliMar Financial through their real estate agent. They were seeking to purchase an investment property in Colorado and needed a cash out refinance for the down payment on the investment property. We structured a 2nd Trust Deed at 60% Loan to Value and funded the loan in less than 5 business days.
The biggest hurdle on this transaction was that the loan request was a 2nd Trust Deed. Many hard money lenders will not fund 2nd position loans, however, due to the financial strength of the Borrower and the low loan to value, our team was able to make an exception and fund the hard money loan request.
